The idyllic cross-country route with its 35,5 km is exactly, what one imagines about cross-country skiing in Tyrol. It is one of the healthiest sports there is: cross-country skiing is particularly easy on the joints and at the same time is the perfect whole-body workout, as almost all muscle groups are exercised.
Perfectly maintained cross-country trails with different levels of difficulty invite beginners as well as experienced cross-country skiers.

The region around Imst is a wonderland for hikers not just in summer. Numerous winter hiking paths invite you to discover the snow-covered landscape.
“No hour of life is wasted that is spent in the saddle.” In the holiday region Imst, we go along with that! To non-riders, families with children, but also enamored couples we recommend a romantic horse and carriage ride through the wild and romantic snow-covered Gurgl valley. Strong and good-natured Noriker horses pull the carriage or sledge, and all participants can look forward to a warming glühwein or tea.
With sharp blades on the ice – this cheerful and artistic sport is possible on many ice-skating rinks in the region. With our guest card, there is free entry to the ice-skating rinks in Imst, Mils and Nassereith! In Nassereith, you can also lend ice-skating shoes for free!
Not only in summer, but also in winter, it is possible to ride with the world’s longest alpine rollercoaster. Wrapped up warm, this fun should not be missed when staying at the holiday region Imst!
